I was referred to PLR by my brother for my 25th birthday. I rented the Jaguar XF which was amazing. Mark and his staff were wonderful from the beginning to the end. They run an amazing lucrative business and they are very accommodating. They made me feel special and unique. I will continue to recommend to my friends and family PLR. I would like to commend the work that Angel Torres did on my behalf during a recent rental of a Jaguar from your Westtown site. Angel walked me through the rental process, helped me change the date that had been originally reserved, and assisted in surprising my friend with his birthday "present." Angel was professional, friendly and courteous, and he did his job wonderfully well. I will certainly rent again; Angel made the entire experience fun!!

Just wanted to share my experience that I had with Premier. First of all I was referred by a friend who had nothing but great things to say. From my first call to my final call the staff was nothing but professional and very helpful with my needs. My first initial contact was Angel who made a good impression from the start of our conversation to the end. He was helpful in providing me the information and cost that I needed for my sons prom that took place May 15th.
The driver Kevin was awesome. He was at our house way beforehand which is always a good thing. He was professional and funny. His personality was suitable for the people he was dealing with, he was like family. My son and his date loved him and would love to have him again for any future special events.
Premier will definitely be my choice of rentals in the future and only choice of referrals to friends and family. Thank you for a superb first time experience and a gratitude of thanks for each staff member that I spoke with.

My name is Stephanie Murray and I recently rented the Jaguar XF for my daughters Sr prom on May 9, 2009. The car was fabulous and the Chauffeur Angel was awesome. He gave excellent and professional service over the phone. He went above and beyond the call of duty-when I was trying to decide on the car and stay within a budget.... "Angel" was wonderful, respectful and made my daughter and her date extremely comfortable. He was professional, on- time and extremely courteous. He assured me that my daughter would be safe and would have a lot of fun and he kept his word. They had a ball and they too agree that he was AWESOME. I will refer this company to all of my family and friends and of course Angel as the Chauffeur. Angel you are an "Angel."

MY NAME IS VICKY AND ON MAY 8, 2009 MY SON MALIK WENT ON HIS SENIOR PROM. THE DRIVER, JACK WAS EARLY AND WAS SO VERY PATIENT AS I RAN AROUND LIKE A CRAZY LADY TRYING TO GET MY SON AND HIS DATE TOGETHER TO TAKE PICTURES. NOT ONE TIME DID HE SEEM RUSHED TO GET THEM AWAY FROM FAMILY TAKING PICTURES CONTINUOUSLY. WHAT HE DID WAS JOINED IN AND BEGAN TAKING PICTURES WITH HIS OWN CAMERA. MY SON DOESN'T TAKE TO MANY PEOPLE AND HE HAS SUCH A "IT'S JUST OK" ATTITUDE. AFTER THE PROM, JACK TOOK MY SON'S DATE HOME AND WAS SO NICE TO LET MY SON USE HIS CELL PHONE TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. I ASKED HIM HOW WAS THE DRIVER AND HE SAID, "HE WAS COOL, HE DROVE SLOW SO HE AND HIS DATE COULD HAVE A MOMENT TOGETHER." JACK LATER SENT ME A DISC OF PHOTOS HE HAD TAKEN. ANOTHER PERSON FROM THE COMPANY CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT MY SON HAD LEFT HIS GIFT BAG IN THE RANGE ROVER AND THAT THEY WILL HOLD ON TO IT UNTIL I CAN PICK IT UP, AND THEY DID. I WILL BE ONE OF THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS!

Hey Mark and Company,
I just wanted to take the time out to say thank you so much for your efforts on my wedding day. We had an amazing time and an even more fantastic experience with the 2009 Jaguar XF. The vehicle was delivered on time, clean, and with a full tank of gas. As most are, I was very nervous about our BIG day and wanted everything to run smoothly. I stressed to Mark that the vehicle had to arrive on time and to please make sure of it. Well, Mark called me the day before and also did a great job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Mark was wonderful and so was his supporting cast!! Mark told me that the vehicle was going to arrive at 9:00am SHARP. I looked at the clock and no later than 9am the vehicle was sitting in my driveway. The delivery men were just as nice and professional as Mark, they even showed me how to use the car. My wife and I would just like to thank Premier Luxury Rentals and especially Mark for helping us with our big day and easing the stress of ! how we were going to make it to the church. I signed up for the newsletters and will be doing business in the future with this fine company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and a VERY HAPPY and SATISFIED customer!!! You guys ROCK!

Although I did not personally get to take a ride in the limousine, I know that Catharine, Matt and the bridal party had fun in it just the same.
Thank you for your promptness and attention to detail - down to the "umbrella train" created for Catharine and the others as they made a run for it in the pouring rain that held out just long enough for outdoor pictures!
We are very satisfied with your service and will be happy to recommend you to those who are looking for prompt, courteous and professional limousine service.

Wow, I rented the Bentley GT for the weekend and enjoyed every bit. The car was extra clean and they even delivered it and picked it back up after the weekend. I recommend their cars and service to anybody.

their names (I believe the drivers were Max and Bob and ...?) we will

I wanted to thank David and Debbie for being so helpful and nice in assisting me with the rental of the 2007 Jaguar XKR this past Saturday for our wedding!
Debbie helped me out over the phone back in January and was very courteous and pleasant. She also followed up with me a couple of times until June.
David dropped of the car at my hotel and showed me everything I needed to know about the Jag. He, too, was courteous and pleasant
My new wife, Sharina, and I had a wonderful time driving around in such a beautiful car. It truly helped to make the entire day special!
